Zanussi ZWF1432 PNC 91452110902.
Can any one offer some advise.
A customers machine above stops after the wash phase and locks.
The machine heats wash’s etc, drains then stops.
The wash, rinse and spin light all come on and the start/pause light flash’s but the machine can not be advanced with the skip button, door remains locked. The machine must be turned off, it can then start a new programm.
I have tried a new electronic with no success.
Have tried accessing fault memory but nothing comes up.

You have first to enter ‘diagnostics’ before you can then go on to read the last error memorised, so are you saying that no error shows or you can’t access diagnostics?

Diagnostics are great but there are so many different models / fascia styles within Lux group it’s difficult to remember them all. If you’ve got an account with Connect you can get most through mediator. And you’ve given the PNC above so someone with a TDS will probably send you something.
Otherwise, try unplugging hoses on p/switche(s), checking sump, valve coils (softener valve?), etc.
