    This machine will start to fill then stops, then the start/pause light flashes, I then put it to the spin it empties then spun..but on second try the same fault appeared on spin as well. wondering if its the main pcb, Emw can’t test or repair.

    can anyone advise please..thanks John

    dryer element will do the same, you need to go into diagnostics and find which code is stored,

    Diagnostics will help of course. Will probably be available through mediator on Connect website if you have account there.
    Failing that or no-one has sent them, just look for low insulation, &/or condensation on motor brush holders. Unplug suspect component (heaters, motor etc.) in turn and see if machine will then start.
