the water dispenser is not working on this f/f – I assumed it would be the double valve at the bottom rear corner but when I look on connect it shows a single valve for the water disp – does anyone know the part number for the correct valve?. Also the double valve shown on connects website shows screwed connections for the hoses when the valve fitted to the f/f is push fit. Serial no 210042blb014864.

Worth checking first that the water bottle isn’t frozen up – usual thing with these when the defrost cycle fails

Hi Chezza, by water bottle do you mean the filter , if not where is the water bottle & can you confirm that the dispenser valve is the double valve at the rear of the appliance

the water bottle is screwed to the front of the fridge evaporator cover , inside fridge compartment, behind veg drawers .
take the hose off the solenoid and blow into it . if it wont blow, you are frozen , if it isn’t frozen, water will spurt from the dispenser .
