    i dont usually get involved in the american style fridge freezers but this one is for a big account customer of mine.

    the lower part of the fridge is freezing up where the ductwork from the freezer comes through, what operates this ducting to stop this happening ❓

    check to see if the evap fan motor is working, freezing in base of fridge is a symptom of this
