Called and replaced Bearings on the above machine, all went ok – tested machine B4 replacing panels – worked OK
after refitting panels and refitting machine into space the machine filled, heated, and pumped but no motor action.

The door release strap had caught behind plinth so that the door interlock didn’t operate correctly
rectified and retested still no motor action, anyone know if the machine would lock out because of this and is there a reset procedure for this machine.

    Thanks

Can’t fully answer your questions Colin except to say that as far as I’m aware there is no reset feature on this model. There is a test procedure of course but I’m not sure that would help you at this point in time. What I do know is that the interlock controls the Motor, Pump and Inlet Valves so I suspect that possibly you may have also trapped the wiring to the interlock as well as the release strap?

It’s a 3 phase motor on this beast and you may like to inspect the motor inverter module also? 💡

    Thanks Martin

I have now got the machine in the workshop and managed to find test cycle info and comes up with error 10 but can’t find this error not listed – can anyone help on this.

I will post test info later

    Thanks

I was hoping that error 10 would get me nearer the problem, As the cables seem to be ok I’m thinking that I may have damaged the interlock, there are 7 connections on the lock and it would help if I could get hold of a diagram or information on the connections to the lock. If anybody could help with this.

    Thanks

    Colin
