    Hi there! I have a Miele WT2670 which will be 5 years old soon.

    Just recently I have noticed that the drain hole in the rubber seal seems to be clogged up and after washes there are varying amounts of water remaining in the seal…sometimes lapping right up to the top and it gradually seeps away.

    I do do the monthly 95 degree empty drum wash to keep it clean but would love any further suggestions to deal with this. I live in a very hard water area so could it be scaled up?

    You can try cleaning the drain holes with something flexible like a pipe cleaner, cotton bud etc.
