Participantbeen to this today. customer originally had blocked pump error message. they removed blockage and tried to use machine.
symptoms now are that whatever you set it to do, you only get constant drain pump running and no further action. ie not filling etc. on spin only you only get pump.
there are no error messages at all. ive visually inspected the bottom module and can see no damage. there is continuity through motor harness wires and the tacho coil is reading o.k.
my suspition is that seized pump motor has in some way corrupted or damaged the board. any advice greatly appreciated. thanks

:hmm: Sounds like they’ve buggered either the main board or the inverter board.
I wouldn’t mind betting they tipped the machine on it’s side, water everywhere…..:rolls:

Or something to do with a p/sw telling machine it’s still got water in.

I’ve had this after removing a blockage.
I put it through a test programme and it then worked afterwards.

Not one of those analogic(?) p/switches? Some of these machines have two, that and a conventional one, I think.
