is the replacement of the foamed in sensor in the fridge compartment a job that’s carried out regularly?
as i understand, the hole made to access the sensor has to be re foamed. is there an easy or preferred method to do this?

    thanks.

my prefered method alf is to re insulate using a bit of fibre glass insulation tightly packed in then seal over with a square of plastic then covered over with gas closure tape ,i know that most use canned foam to re insulate but my method allows for easier access should you need to return at a later date ,never had any problems 😀

thanks for that. i wouldn’t use the expanding foam, i would think it gets messy. instead, i might use some builders insulation, cut to shape.
