dishwasher not finishing cycle

    I have a bosch sgs43t7uk diswasher which when on a normal or long program doesn’t finish with the END light coming on,it stays on Active and then just swithes off without the end light coming on….but on a short program, the program runs as normal…
    Any help please…

    which short program? the prerinse, or/and the quickwash ?

    Pre-rinse works fine and 30 min program works fine…
