Just had one of these with a wiring loom fault from PCB to Motor, comes up as obvious motor fault but after changing PCB and Motor still showing motor fault.
Pull off motor plug and look at the connector, it looks like carbon dust but it’s actually burn marks on the connector, very hard to see, I will try and post some pictures of it.
Changing the loom is very easy, approx 20 minutes, just thought I’d better let you all know as it threw me for a while as you don’t expect a wiring loom fault on a new machine :rolls:

Hummm i had a similar fault. machine was dead so replaced pcb. still didn’t work just acted like the tachometer had gone so replaced motor but still did the same thing . I did think about the wiring loom but after further investigation the bearings were leaking. So arranged an up lift. What fault did yours do?
    Thanks DJ 😕

These motor plugs have a habit of coming out whilst in use giving this fault. Always pays to zip-tie them in – sofar I’ve only had them on the square motor not the round one.

Definitely wiring loom plug fault, I tried a new motor and PCB on first visit and new then it must be something to do with the loom but its very hard to continuity test the motor to PCB loom as you really cant get the probes to stay in place, I have had a couple of motor plugs loose and cable tied them back but this was completely different.
