Hi serial number 857051415290 washing machine ,now and again on wash it will briefly go into a spin. Also the customer says it will stick several times in the program and they have to move it on manualy,but when i tested it ,it was fine ,heated ,drained ,washed etc. The motor brushes are ok ,is it likely to be the programmer ? Thanks.

Loose tacho connection? Wires on these tend to break off right on the motor multiplug in my experience.
