    had a look at this one today.m/c showing f13 dispenser circuit error.m/c completely dead ie no display, door locked.reached down to check wiring on door lock which seemed ok but in doing this heard door lock click.plugged m/c back in and on it came .have ordered new lock but just wondering have i missed something else.wording of fault code slightly 😕 strange for this fault.door lock fault should show up an fdu or fdl code.paul

    F13 is a door lock error……did customer say she could not open it at end of cycle…new door lock will cure….

    thanks for reply,customer cannot open door at end of cycle.said f13 came up and then m/c goes completely dead,no display whatsoever.
