    I’m pretty sure I wrote down the correct model number but it isn’t recognised on the BSH eSpares site. 😕

    It needs a new pump so I have a couple of questions assuming that model number is correct.

    Which is the best way to remove the pump, front panel off or base plate off, I do have good access to the machine because it is not actually built in to the kitchen.

    The part number of the pump would be helpful as well. 😉

    Pump complete = 143922
    Filter Screw = 552829
    Qualtex pump only = PMP230

    Best access? Either way TBH though if you really need to change the complete pump then access to that fiddly bayonet drain hose fixing may be best via front panel access. Just changing pump motor, then base plate off is easier.

    You almost got the model right by the way = WVTI2480GB/03.:wink:
