bosch t/d control panel removal is foxxing me

any ideas ? its a wtl6103gb/05 which isnt drying, but need to get to pcb to check for a dry joint as its a common fault according to customers googling 🙂

sussed. resorted to brute force, which is never normally necessary on a german made machine…
