    I have a call to make to this machine, customer reports that it wont accept a program. When the machine is switched on it just beeps 5 times pauses then beeps 5 times and repeats this continuously until the machine is switched off. There are no leds flashing, only the on/off led is lit.

    I have had a look in the known error codes but can’t find anything that relates to this.

    Any ideas?

    😀 It was the motor, and luckily I had one to fit so great result.
