Help please with a filling problem after reconnecting.
I think the problem was initiated by starting the program before the water was turned back on. We then cancelled the program using the reset buttons, turned the water on and set the machine again. However it is not taking in water. Pump is working ok which I checked by running a bowl full of water through.
I have now accessed the inlet valve and removed the filter- no debris.
So I checked the power to the valve using an electricians screwdriver.
This lights up on both terminals but only briefly- maybe 1 minute- at the start of the program. After that there is nothing and the pump appears to carry on running. Can’t tell if the arms are spinning.
Seems as though it’s not progressing on the cycle. Is this likely to be a PCB fault or is there a level sensor that could be playing up??
Any advice greatly appreciated- in the meantime it looks as though I am going to get my arms wet!!
