    could any one help me please,the motor cant turn the drum in less i push the drum with my hand what could the problem be ❓ :eeek:

    Motor capacitor almost certainly and, if not then the motor itself but that’s unlikely.

    The capacitor should be an 8µF one which we list here, it’s considerably cheaper than the genuine one.

    Hello,

    I too am experiencing the drum being unable to rotate from start without next to no clothes in.

    Ive read about the part required and am grateful for the great advice. Just wondering if it requires an engineer to fit or can I have a go myself??
