The machine will not reset, it constantly runs the pump and rotates the drum. I suspect the fault is pressure switch related. Can anyone advise me what this error code refers to, if it is an error code?
The start/pause, extra rinse and wash LED are all lit.
The pre-wash LED flashes. Many thanks guys.

Hi
Been out on a couple of these the past month.iv had the same symptoms before and after a repair.
Iv Changed pumps carbons and a simple blockage. the last
was a start option switch cluster. On testing the WM i found myself that it was behaving oddly especially the jobs on the carbons and the start control pad.
ex. Pumping rinsing on a separate spin.unable to cancel program
i thought hear we go again 😕what iv learnt with the beko the past month is if the appliance has broken down mid cycle .
after repairing it that it stuck in cycle .
in these cases just leave it finish it may take a while because it may start a full wash again. have a word with the customer and give a courtesy call back just to check u may find that everything is OK and the cycle has finished.Beko carbons totally worn out after three years washing for a family of 3 or 4.

hey, thanks for the advice garn 🙂
As it happens i scrapped an identical machine today. The spider, heating element, belt, bearings all done for, but the module, pressure system and motor are all good!
For a change, a nice twist of fate!!!
Going to see the machine again tuesday. I will report my findings!

I replaced a module in a WM5100 a few weeks back for very near the same problem… The machine wouldn’t ramp up into full spin .. On the spin program it would do exactly as you’ve described would not reset, it constantly ran the pump and tumbled the drum.
A change of the module sorted the problem.
