    Hi Guys: Just had a call about the above machine, apparently customer filled machine as normal & set to wash. Programmer went straight through to fast spin without washing & then all 4 lights started flashing.
    Anyone any ideas please?

    Sounds like a water level sensor failure, check the water solenoids & pressure switch.

    To be certain go in to diagnostics & check the fault code.
