    Had a look at this w/m to day, if you select a program any program the door will lock then nothing she said the machine is only 18 months old and has always been slow on starting.Can anyone help please. Les

    Its still under warranty with bosch. Normally 2 years warranty.

    Yes i have told her about the 2 years warranty but she did not send any paper work off so ? if they will not repair it can you help Les
