    Does anyone have an old star shaped washer that holds the tachometer onto the back of the motor on a Zanussi FLS1383W washing machine?

    Have a customer who found one under their machine after it stopped working but never thought to hold onto it :rolls:

    I’ve sometimes used silicone sealant to glue the coil back in and instructed the customer to leave it a few hours before running the machine.

    As above i too have used silicone with no problems.
    I also saw the other week that someone had drilled the motor casing and put a tiny self tapper screw in to stop tacho coil cover moving back over .
    i do have a clip if you are stuck though
