    Hi guys,

    had a call from a customer with a Hotpoint FF187. The freezer is working fine but the Fridge is not getting cold.

    Any suggestions before I go out there?

    Either evaportator frozen up (likely) in which case you will probably need thermistors if available or short of gas (unlikely)

    went out today, frozen solid! any idea wher to get the thermistors from, part number?
