Start light flashes regularly without pauses. No program runs. Holding start button in for 10+ seconds results in light flashing slower. Opening door, closing door and Pushing start again lights up end button and pushing start button again (quickly) starts program. The only program that will run without start light flashing again within 4 minutes or so is the short wash program. One time I got the 50 degree program to run till the end, but washer was cool on inside (not cold, but nowhere near 50 degrees).
Can anyone who has had the same problem tell me the solution?

The most likely is an earth fault..the start light flashes an error code which in your case would suggest error 1 (1 flash repeated) but holding the start button for 5 seconds should clear it ready to try again, and the most common cause of earth faults are leaks so i would suggest getting the front lower panel off and having a good look for signs of water.
Isolate from the power supply (unplug) before doing anything of course. :zap:
