    My Bosch WFG 2020 is not heating water on any cycle although it does complete cycles with no other problems.
    So far I’ve checked the following:
    1. Heating Element – Continuity OK and gets hot if connected directly to mains for a second
    2. Temperature Sensor (NTC pushed into element housing)- Removed and checked resistance. Room Temp 6.2kOhm, dipped in Boiling Water 0.8gOhm … Does this sound correct?
    3. Removed control circuit board – everything looks OK visually. Is there any way to test the board?

    Any help to get things working would be much appreciated.

    [list=]I would advise to check the PCB again for a dry/cracked joint on one of the heater joints.hth DJ

    Thanks for the response. Washer now fixed.
    Removed PCB and couldn’t find a problem. I then checked the wires from PCB to temp sensor. Although still attached there was a break in the wire at the plug that goes into temp sensor.
    So again, thanks for prompt to look more.
