    Evening Forum

    my Neff dishwasher appears not to be using any salt. I havent filled the salt for ages and when i check it, its always nearly full. No one else in the house is filling it.

    Any ideas why not? how to check why its not being used? or fix?

    Could be a faulty solenoid on the regeneration unit, only way to check is to put a meter across it. Is wash perfomance poor? If not then the all in one tablets are the easyest option.

    Use a test meter to check if the coil has a circuit through it.
