    I own a Zanussi built in oven ZDF 290. The oven won’t heat up. Fan goes around, lights come on but no heat. Everything else on the cooker appears to be in good order. Tried switching off and back on again at mains etc., to no avail. Any advice gratefully received, eg : can I buy part and fix myself and if not approximate cost of part and fitment by engineer ?

    Hi,

    It’s almost certainly the fan element that’s failed, this is the one for that oven.

    So far as I know it’s pretty easy to swap out.
