    I’ve been called to look at a Hotpoint WML560 that the customer says she programmes and starts, the door locks but then nothing on any programme. The door doesn’t unlock unless machine is unplugged for some time and then plugged in again. Any clues?
    I don’t want a wasted journey as it’s a fair distance away

    1st i be looking at motor brushes and motor plug
