Hi I have the above machine in for repair.
It fills ok, heats up and washes then when it ditches its water to begin it’s rinses, the machine goes into distribution and eventually displays error code e03.
I put my mem loader onto the PCB and read a description of the fault and it indicated drainage failure.
The machine is draining down perfect. I have re-written the software to the PCB but the same error occurs.
I have run the machine with the earth wire disconnected from the heater element just in case earth leakage was causing it and I have changed the pressure switch. The pump is clear and I have checked the water valve solenoids. My thoughts are leading towards a faulty PCB. The machine is only 18 months old. Just about run out of ideas with this one other than the PCB.
    Any ideas folks?
    Thanks,
    Rob.

Sorted it out 🙂 Turned out to be the heater element that was fuzzed up with lime scale. Bit weird but found one that fitted, 50w below but the same shape and its working 🙂
