Yet another Which? survey

I’ve just got an email from a guy at Which? (I’m sure many of you have the same spam email in your inbox right now) asking for feedback on the current state of domestic appliances in general. E.g : Are the modern machines more or less reliable than those made years gone by? When was ‘the golden era’ toward product reliability? …and such like.

TBH I cannot fathom what possible outcome could come from such a ‘survey’ that it would have any effect on todays ‘product’. 😕

Oh, in the old days they built them to last!
These days they’re only meant to last for 3 years!
They now have in-built obsolescence!
….and so on…..

Other than concluding the bl££din’ obvious, little will come of it and I can only suggest you don’t waste you time replying. Especially being as Which? don’t know a good product if it smacked them in the mush when they constantly give the likes of Indesit high value rankings. And their recent ‘survey’ on exploding Indesits and Candy machines has since fallen deep into the long grass. :rolls:
