hi guys,
been to this d/w on numerous occasions with customers saying its not washing the dishes and up till now it was the pressure chamber and hose to sump that was the problem.but when i looked at it today the pressure chamber and hose to sump were clean.there is plenty of water in it but there is only water out of the top spray arm but not enough to turn it (no pressure).and there seems to be very little or no water out of the bottom spray arm.is this a new heater box or motor problem or possible blockage?thanks NiallRe: bosch d/w shv43a03gb/44
possible the diverter valve/wheel is blocked or failed its part of the eater box.

If you have no spray arms rotating I’d say there is something in the wash motor impeller.
You can turn the diverter manually to prove a point. Its a bit fiddly but if you remove the bottom spray arm and peer into the hole you can persuade it to turn using the end of a screwdriver
