hotpoint bs11p knob?

hi all, ive ordered some knobs for this model bs11p, there is 3 in total which are all the same but the new ones that have arrived the hole is too large for the shaft, ive spoken to hotpoint and they said they are the right onesthe part number is c00239330, has anyone else come across this?
