E-Nr SMI20120GB/15; FD 7510 210062
The wash programme stops at (approx) 3 points during the programme and has to be manually clicked on-to the next stage. This started as an intermittent problem – sometimes it stopped, sometimes it did not – but now happens every time. The wash seems fine once completed.

It could be due to a number of factors Dave. Not heating, fill problems, drain problems or even timer drive problems?
A bit of expert TLC may be required here based on getting a local independent engineer out to suss it for you. (see engineer search guide)
Failing that, more info required from you and we can sift through whatever additional stuff may be relevant to isolating this most challenging of potential scenarios……….. 😉
