Zanussi F1245w motor fits 89 different Zanussi models. Model FJ1296 is not one of them from the information i have

I couldn’t find any plate on the motor let alone codes (f1245w machine) so guess it’s a no-no according to paul161201.

It is possible for paul161201, or any other member of the general public to find a list of motors by just entering model+motor into Google, most of the online spares sites will come up with a list of other machines the motor will fit. In most cases these lists are not 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} accurate or up to date.
The only way to be certain is by using the PNC number.
The PNC or product number is for the machine, not the motor. It is on the rating plate inside the door or sometimes behind the flap to the pump filter.
It should begin with 914 in most cases. Anyone who is actually in the trade would know this. 😉
