could some one please tell me if this is a 30mm or 35mm version, circumstances mean ideally need to strip it and fit it all in one go

You need to have a look at it, not serial number specific, it can have either.
Big thick balance weights, 99{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} certain 30mm bearings.
Had you put Hotpoint in the post header it would have drawn my attention more than just WF200. 😉
