do many people on here repair dysons? ive been doing them for quite a while mainly 01 04 07s just had one of the newer ones in…. roller ball with a crappy handle mechanism.. sure the quality is getting worse….only a tissue stuck but bit of a pain to get out.. anyways just wondering if anyone has a nice easy way to fit the belt over the roller on the 07 clutch models..when ive fitted a new clutch..talk about tight fit to get the belt over the roller :rolls: 😉 ..do them with brut force but think im getting weaker with old age..any tips welcome

i use an old large wide flat head s/d where id snapped the head off it ages ago. took it to the grinder and gave it a nice fat stumpy curved edge and got rid of any burrs/edges its great now for using on vac repairs
