Hi everyone, need to buy a new microwave very soon as current one has stopped heating food properly. It’s a Panasonic microwave that we bought in the mid 90’s and I don’t think that it’s economical to repair.
Been reading about Panasonic’s Invertor technology. Sounds great in theory, but there is a lot of info on the web about this technology failing after a couple of years.
Can any member on the forums please shed some more light on this. Am I better off just buying a non inverter microwave. If so, which brands are better in terms of functionality and reliability.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Many Thanks

    🙂

Thanks for all your replies. I have bought a Pansonic Inverter Microwave Model No NN-SD440WBPQ. Very happy with it. Let’s hope it lasts as long or longer than our old Pansonic Microwave.

    Cheers 🙂
