Hi there our washine machine has a small leak from the filter but we cannot unscrew this off and cannot find the mannuals how to do this, when we unscrew it it only goes so far then it feels like it locks and when we try the other way its the same is there a specific way we do this.

It’s probably got a hair clip or something jamming it from cumming out/turning . You will have too tip the the machine in its back and take the pump off from behind the filter. Ps. Put a towel or something over the motor to stop any water getting on it. Hope this helps.
