I have watched the Part for you videos of how to change the bearings for my machine, and though it is an older version, i have managed to completely dismantle the thing to get the drum out to change the bearings.

But i can’t for the life of me get the pulley off. It doesn’t look like the video for it so i am unsure whether its a screw, which direction if so or if its supposed to pop out with a bit of a whack.

I have to admit i have hit it with a wooden block and hammer – as the video then when i returned to the video i noticed it was different.

So this is what i have

I am a moderately strong female, but live alone so don’t really have a second pair of hands. Is there any way of me doing this alone?

And if i don’t get this put back together soon, i will forget how it goes back!!
    Please help !

The pulley is threaded so anti clockwise to remove and clockwise refit. Wedge a hammer handle through the pulley into the moulding of the outer tub and turn the drum against it gives you a bit more purchase to spin the pulley off.
