    can anyone help

    the above dishwasher is comming up with AL03 error code i have found out that this is either a blocked drain hose or a blockage in the pump i done some investigating and both of these are fine 1 question is the impella on the pump ment to spin freely or does it go round 1 notch at a time with your finger as mine is
    help please

    right work this out
    the machine is plugged into the socket turned on the machine is off it starts to do a normal wash nothing shows up on the display panel
    can anyone help
