If any of you lot out there have a waste bin collected by this lot then check your invoices.
We have just received an invoice for an annual charge of £30.00 plus vat for ‘duty of care admin charge’ :rotl:

We have just contacted them and told them, this was not in the contract and we would not be paying said charge.They told us this was sent out in error but my guess is that theres going to be some people who wont notice it and then submit it for payment.
