I have up to £300 for a new washing machine.
Which make would you say is the most reliable and trustworthy.
Any recommendations would be much appreciated.

you dont get a lot for £300 but if you add £25 to it you can get a bosch WAE24166GB from appliances online 1200 spin 2 year guarentee good machine ( you can get 1400 spin for £342 )
if you want cheap then buy an Amica for around £250 you get a two year warrenty but the bosch should outlast it you will have to find a local retailer who stocks it but the service is carried out by members of this site ( and someone near you may be able to supply ) so spares and service are not a problem
