    Hi there

    does anyone know or use a warranty provider that would return the work to Agent / Retailer that sold it (on New appliances ) and also send out renewals when the appliances arrives out of Guarantee or Warranty expires.

    Have been using CSS but seems they don’t send out renewals as many of our LONG term customers have never received renewal letters, on appliances from 3yr old and on
