Busch WQP12-9270 Door seal keeps coming off

A customer has the above WQP12-9270 Bush dishwasher (isn’t she lucky).

Within the first few months of buying this, the side of the door seal has pull forward and out of the fixing rail where the basket is pulled out.
She had an engineer sent by Argos who bent the basket wheels in a bit and pushed the seal into place.
A few months later another engineer called, pushed the door seal back into place and reported she was man handling it, and it was her fault.
The problem happened recently with pretty much the same response.

Does anyone know if this is a known problem with these machines and if there is a way to resolve it for the customer other than suggest she replace it?
