    Hi guy’s

    Had a customer call to day with her hotpoint oven after about 30 minutes displaying

    Error 08

    She claims fan is working and oven is heating up .

    Will call to look at tomorrow she says engineer changed thermostat about 3 year’s ago, she think’s it is the same fault.

    How many time’s have we heard it is the same fault you fixed the last time !!!!!!

    Hi according to the customer it is

    on qualtex comes up ariston parts i think’s

    Hi guys

    Been and checked oven out this morning .

    I have found cooling fan was not running (just humming)

    A bit of oil in the bearing end cap has sorted it .
