    I had a customer ring me late lastnight saying her hotpoint wont function.
    She closes the door and when she presses start the door lock seems to click six times and thats it! door dont lock and machine obiously not operating.
    possible faulty lock but anyone know any different before i go?

    you need to get both boards out and send to EMW

    Can also be bad motor plug connections or in certain cases the motor itself.
