    This dryer hss the shaft riveted to the drum.
    the shaft has worn through so my question is do you have to buy drum complete with shaft, or is it possible to fit the older type Hotpoin shaft kit that screws to the drum:?: ❓

    drill out the rivits and fit the normal shaft kit into the pre drilled holes.
