I have got an Asko dishwasher, about 3 years old and the runner for the top basket is broken (all the plastic bits and the ballbearings keep falling out). Does anyone know where I can get it repaired because I am told Asko went out of business and the repair engineeer I found hasn’t been able to get the replacement parts ❓

If you can post the model number up I’ll check availability of the parts for you.
Asko have not gone bankrupt, the are now owned by the same Italian company that own Servis (Antonio Merloni) http://www.antoniomerloni.it/extranet/index_eng_html
Most of the original Asko parts are still available with not too much bother though 😀

Model number is D1706. AT least that is the number on the front. If that’s not the model number I shall have to have a nother look.

The top basket wheel is part number 8058498 that is the part that fits on the basket itself. If thats not the part you want, give us a better description of where it fits etc or I can fax you an exploded.
