Been to this machine today symptoms are it fills and runs for about five minutes then stops with both option lights and mains light on. have had a look in fault codes guide but am still none the wiser,presumed it may be heater problem because i think it faults when the heater should come into circuit, checked heater it is ok, put machine on to superfast wash position and the machine works and progresses through the wash including heating,
initialy came to the conclusion board fault and possibly a heater relay at fault but after putting it on the superfast option and hearing the heater come on am still none the wiser.
any advice much appreciated

Have you checked if the motor is rusty on the left hand side. There may be a leak from the grey hose from the rear of soap dispenser running down. Doesn’t sound like pcb if it goes through a heat cycle.
