    left freezer door open on mistral plus frost free now does not freeze seems to be making different noise any ideas much appreciated thanks

    Hi

    If that’s the case then ice has probably formed around the fan which is stopping it cooling correctly . It will need a total defrost for 48 hours with the plug out and the doors left open. Leave a rolled up towel in front of the freezer in case any water spills out. After that it should just be a case of a wipe out and plug back in again.
