ParticipantBeen trying to access the ISE Appliances website but no luck. Are they still around and if not how would the ten year guarantee be managed?

Hi Biger
The website is still there http://iseappliances.co.uk/ New ISE10 machines were released last year and there are additional new product releases due September this year.
There is also the detailed section within the site from this link which explains the fund provision for the guarantees.
HTH 🙂

It could be a DNS error you’re getting as I can see it fine from here and home but I have seen the site timeout a couple of times the past day or two.
I was working on it yesterday so I know it’s okay. 😉

K.I get this message
The server at iseappliances.co.uk is taking too long to respond
Glad it’s nothing to worry about. I’ve got an ISE washer but today got the fault F1 flashing. I’m waiting for the washer guy to get back to me.

F1, if it’s a 1606, is either a door close error or an overfill detected if memory serves me.
Are all the LEDs lit around the start button or just one?

Yes, all the LED’s are lit. The washer is very full of water (and towels) so the overfill suggestion would be right I guess.

It’s possibly and, quite probably, a blockage in the pump that’s caused it. 😕

Problem solved. We emptied the water from the machine and checked the pump which was full of fluff but F3 was then flashing. Managed to ring the washer man and he suggested checking the other end that drains into the waste and again, that was full of fluff from a new bathmat. Got rid of the blockage and all is now well. Still can’t get on the ISE website though.
Thanks for the assistance. -
